• Rates in the present promotion "New Year's 2012 Package" are expressed in Euros, are based in a double occupancy (for a single occupancy a supplement must be paid), include breakfast, fees and taxes.
• The "New Year's 2012 Package" includes 5 (five) continuous nights of accommodation and is applicable only from 12/27/2011 to 01/04/2012 at 12:00 AM, and its total value is EUROS € 419,00 (Four hundred nineteen euros) per person.
  Extra Night EUROS € 80,00 (Eighty euros) per person.
• The "New Year's 2012 Package" does not include aerial transport (flights).
• In order to book this package we kindly ask you for a 50% pre-payment of the total package. The remaining amount (50%) must be paid until December 09th, 2011. In case of cancellation those payments are non refundable.
  Pre-payment can be made with an International Credit Card completing a credit card form that soon you will send to the Pousada Kybalion Hotel to the fax +55 22 2623 6367 (Brazil).
  When we receive the form, completed and signed, we will send you the "vouchers" for the contracted services.
  
• Optionally, you can request a Regular Transfer (Rio de Janeiro-Buzios-Rio de Janeiro) wich cost is Euros € 70,00 (Seventy euros) per passenger (both legs: IN-OUT).
• Accepted Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard.

• This package allows changes only until November 25th, 2011. If you cancel your booking any payment is non refundable.
• In the case of no-show or post-arrival cancellations or changes there will be no refund.

• The credit card charge may be done in another currency using the www.xe.com exchange converter rate of the day of the charge.
