Conditions:
  • Rates in the present "Low Season 2008 Promotional Package" are expressed in American Dollars, are based in a double occupancy (for a single occupancy two packages must be paid), include breakfast, fees and taxes.
  • The package is applicable only between 03/23/2008 and 06/26/2008, and its total value is USD 269.00 (two hundred and sixty nine american dollars) per person.
    Extra Night USD 24.50 (twenty four american dollars and fifity cents) per person [USD 49.00 (forty nine american dollars) for single occupancy].
  • The "Low Season 2008 Promotional Package" does not include aerial transport.
  • In order to Book the reservation you must pay 50% at least 14 (fourteen) days before arriving, payment that you can make with an International Credit Card completing a credit card form that soon you will send to the Pousada Kybalion Hotel by the Fax 0055 22 2623 6367 -Brazil-, or the Fax 001 320 210 1274 -USA-.
    When we receive the form, completed and signed, we will send you the "vouchers" for the contracted services.
    50% rest will be paid at the check in, when you arrive to the Pousada Kybalion Hotel in Buzios, Brazil.

Cancellations:
  • If cancellation occurs more than 14 (fourteen) days before your planned arrival, we will refund the amount charged, keeping USD 27.00 (twenty seven american dollars) per package/passenger as a cancellation fee.
  • If cancellation occurs during the 14 (fourteen) days before your arrival, we will charge as a penalty 50% of the total package value.
  • In the case of no-show or post-arrival changes or cancellations there will be no refund.
