Carnaval 2008 at Buzios...
 
* 5 (Five) nights (Between 01/30/2008 and 02/09/2008) of accommodation in Buzios at the Pousada Kybalion (including Breakfast).
 
* A Welcome Drink (Caipirinha).
 
* Schooner ride of two hours and a half of duration by the islands and beaches of Buzios.
 
 
 
Conditions:
  • Rates in the present "Carnaval 2008 Promotional Package" are expressed in Euros, are based in a double occupancy (for a single occupancy two packages must be paid), include breakfast, fees and taxes.
  • The package is applicable only between 01/30/2008 and 02/09/2008 at 12:00 AM, and its total value is EUR € 289,00 (two hundred and eighty nine euros) per person.
    Extra Night EUR € 47,00 (forty seven euros) per person [EUR € 94,00 (ninety four euros) for single occupancy].
  • The "Carnaval 2008 Promotional Package" does not include aerial transport.
  • In order to Book the reservation you must pay 50% at least 30 (thirty) days before arriving, payment that you can make with an International Credit Card completing a credit card form that soon you will send to the Pousada Kybalion Hotel by fax.
    When we receive the form, completed and signed, we will send you the "vouchers" for the contracted services.
    50% rest will be paid in the check in, when you arrive to the Pousada Kybalion Hotel in Buzios, Brazil.
  • Optionally, you can request a Regular Transfer (Rio de Janeiro-Buzios-Rio de Janeiro) wich cost is Euros € 42,00 (Forty two euros) per passenger (both legs: In-OUT).

Cancellations:
  • If cancellation occurs more than 30 (thirty) days before your planned arrival, we will refund the amount charged, keeping EUR € 50.00 (Fifty euros) per passenger/package as a cancellation fee.
  • If cancellation occurs during the 30 (thirty) days before your planned arrival, we will charge 50% (fifty per cent) per each passenger/package total value as a penalty and refund any rest, if it exists.
  • In the case of no-show or post-arrival cancellations or changes there will be no refund.
